Create Users

1. The user will be able log onto to Drupal by being part of the Cardiovascular AD group (distinguishedName contains OU=Cardiology).
2. When they log on a CiviCRM contact will be created, which is need for further down in the process.
3. Add user to AD group CiviCRM Live and CiviCRM Test (see UHL IM&T HowTo Add User to AD Group)
4. Edit the user's CiviCRM contact and add them to the LCBRU Staff group.
5. Give the user permission to see the appropriate Drupal modules by adding them to groups in the Drupal > People > Pemissions tab.
