     1The Onyx questionnaire is accessible from any UHL computer, but the default web browser (IE6) is less than ideal.

     3Intended method for contact is by using the Prism webapp, which is a Mozilla labs creation - a stripped-down browser tied to a single site and with no controls.

     5The Prism webapp needs to be installed (by UHL IM&T) on all computers which will need regular access to Onyx.
