+When you installed the Window's version of the workbench, it would have been unzipped into a directory, [[BR]]
+For example, C:\i2b2Workbench\Windows [[BR]]
+
+There is a directory for plugins, viz: C:\i2b2Workbench\Windows\plugins[[BR]]
+
+Copy the attached file into that directory. (It replaces one already there so you may want to save the old one). When it has been replaced, restart the workbench.
